I occasionally like to mutter on about things i'm curious about or those, albeit HUGE, findings in the garden... LOL but I wanted to post a quick note about something thats come into my life and is gradually re-shaping it. Think that my slow posting here is a reflection of it. I was recently "diagnosed" with fibromyalgia. Not the end of the world, but definately a painful annoyance. At least it explains the new features around here, like hand and wrist pain that affects typing and stitching and well everything a hand does and thats not mentioning other areas of the body that aren't feeling so great either. I'm not posting this because I want attention, but because i'm slower at accomplishing things due to the pain that has jumped in with a huge "bang" and I am apologizing in advance for any hold ups. I'm adjusting and trying to learn work arounds while the silly medical community figures out some meds that might help. Thank you for your patience.....i'll be about as much as I can.

Leslie, I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis. It probably helps knowing what is causing all of these aches and pains. Good luck with finding the right balance of meds. And take it easy, no sense pushing yourself and suffering later for it. Take care, Cory (CJ, FGM)
I don't know much about fibromyalgia, just that it's painful. I hope the Dr.s can find some relief for you. Keep posting and stitching as much as you can. I think they're both theraputic (sp?) for any problem.
Leslie, I am so sorry about this turn about. I hope help is coming quickly.
Hugs

I've had several friends with that, and it's annoyingly painful, but fortunately, not as bad as some things. I hope they find a treatment avenue for you that lessons, if not eliminates, the pain. You do what you can do, and then you're done for the day. =)
Thank you ALL for your wonderful comments and support! I'm sure something will come along and help! I'm determined to keep on going and find "go arounds" when I hit snags! Some days, like today, are just not very nice to get thru... so others need to know I might schlllllooowwww down some on the rr's! LOL!! Regardless your sharing is appreciated!
I'm sorry to hear you've been diagnosed with FMS. I have it too as well as RA and it's a real pain in the tush! In more ways than one. It's amazing though after a period of time we learn to readjust our lives, so I hope that's soon for you.
Lots of HUGZ:)

Hello Leslie, you new diagnosis can be very painful. With being part of the medical comm. I will have to do some research and see what kind of natural things you can take that might help. Hugs Judy
