My friend, Debbie is having a give away to celebrate her brandy new blog!  I have added my name to the running, but will add a twist!  IF I should win, I would like the goodies to go to someone new to cq with limited stash!  I have someone in mind, but would like to hear from anyone else that is just starting out and I will draw a name!  Sewwww, keep your fingers crossed that I win!  LOL!!!

Addendum:  bummerooski........I didn't win.  :\

Hi Leslie!

I entered Debbie's give away and I'll comment here too - I am just starting out in CQ and have a limited stash, like you said. I subscribed to CQI not long ago and I am currently practicing Sharon B's stitch dictionary stitches on 28 ct linen cloth with the equivalent of size 5 perle cotton. I am having so much fun so far! If you do win, I'd be honored to be considered for your prize!

Hi Debbie

I'm brand new to CQ and just joined in on the ATC Fabric Swap. So many talented people in the group, I hope I can keep up.

Thanks - you have a lovely blog.

I am new, I have lots of wool but not much fancy fabric or threads. Would LOVE TO BE IN THE RUNNING if it isn't too late.

Thanks, Jeanne

I'm new to CQ in practice, though I've long admired them. I have been collecting bits and pieces of fabric, but would love to get in on your generous offer.

My name is Pat Miller. I have just joined with the intention of observing to learn. Do you have any suggestions for really good books to purchase in order to learn the art of embellishment on crazy quilts? I'd like to enter my name for "the prize" as I have no stash suitable for this art.
Thank you for offering this opportunity for someone new.
