ANDDDD....here is an absolutely gorgeous old rose with peppermint markings. It appears to be at least 10 years or so old. It's will live in a pot also so it can travel! Another item to add to my "got to re-create" in embroidery!

Variegated yarrow
Yet another addition to the patio this weekend. Our life is in a bit of transition so I decided to put this in a pot instead of the ground. Its a variegated yarrow in colors i've not seen before. I think these will dry up very nicely!
Gazanias
Just a few pics of some "pretties" in the yard this year. This is a gazania variety. GOT to figure out how to replicate this one in embroidery! I LOVE them!
